The display will show the running total as it counts. When it’s done, it’ll beep and the display will show the final total.
If you want to double check the count, there’s a handy little feature where you can hit the “check” button and it’ll recount the last batch. We’ve found that to be accurate as well.
One thing to note – when we first got the machine, we did notice that some of our bills were coming out slightly crumpled. We contacted customer service about it and they were extremely helpful. They sent us a replacement part (a simple plastic piece that sits under the hopper) and since then, we haven’t had any issues. Customer service was responsive and willing to help solve the problem, which we appreciate.
